Pet Assisted Therapy
Providing alternative therapy.
Animal assisted therapy has shown time and time again the benefit that animals have on our mental and physical health. Our focus is on what we can learn about ourselves through learning about our pets. Building a connection with our pet and ourselves, and bring mindfulness into our lives.
Sparrow Therapy and Wellness has been providing Virtual therapy, Online Therapy and Teletherapy (phone therapy) since 2017. It started as a means to work around our clients needs, moving to college, moving county, illness or injury etc. At Sparrow Therapy we love this form of therapy it allows our clients to have more flexible approach around their appointments and makes therapy more accessible, more comfortable and more approachable.
Sessions are private and online in the comfort of your home.
