Muse was founded by Sharon Quinn in August 2020, originally as an Art Gallery Cafe located in the heart of Kilkenny’s cultural scene.

Muse Coffee + Food, a charming café nestled within the prestigious Butler Gallery opened mid – pandemic in August 2020, quickly becoming Kilkenny’s favourite brunch spot for specialty coffee, signature hot chocolates and delicious lunch and treats.

An award winning cafe, Muse has enjoyed lots of national and local press and coverage. In Summer 2023, Sharon and team announced a partnership with the Smithwick’s Experience, Kilkenny and launched Muse’s first Food Truck in Smithwick’s brand new Barrel yard serving tasty tacos all summer.  Muse Food Truck has catered lots of exciting festivals and events throughout the country.

Muse has continued to cater corporate and family events, expanding to cater Hen and Wedding Parties and in 2023, Sharon finally evolved Muse into a full – time catering company. Muse has built strong relationships with repeat corporate and private customers through Kilkenny and beyond.
